This is great for an employer but definitely not the best thing for a job seeker. Other sites such as Indeed, SimplyHired and Eluta mix both job search services and paid job placement activities. Again, they are driven to have as many job seekers as possible visit their site. In the end, you as a job seeker are just one of a million people visiting these sites each month.
