Officially or often unofficially, most hiring managers will take a few minutes to check you out online before they offer you that critical interview. Google makes it so easy. And here's where it gets interesting. Up to 35%, that's 1 in 3 will be influenced by what they find.
Do you know what hiring manager will find? If not, Google youself right now. Would the results get you an interview? If your answer is not yes, then you're in trouble. Do you want to control what the hiring manager finds?
